Your personal life shouldn't affect your dentist fears, just don't use him as a dentist and let him know that you are a bit afraid of getting dental work, he might have some great tips to help you relax when you go to your dentist.

Hahahahaha. Wow. Some of these questions amaze me and NO I highly doubt he will break up with you if you tell him that you're afraid of the dentist. Unless he likes to roll play in the bedroom everything should be all right.

i'm sure he'll think its just cute, but i hope you do go to the dentist regularly despite your fear, or bad oral hygiene could be a reason by its self for breaking up. jk lol ;)
