So we had fish for dinner and he is the only one that got a little bone in his piece... He thinks this will hurt our kids' organs... What do you think?

Give him a huge hug and tell him how wonderful you think it is that he worries so about your children.

Then ask him to make sure he cuts up the fish for the kids next time, and checks for bones.

This is not pessimistic...he's just concerned, and doesn't know how to express it right.

it is not the organs you have to worry about but the choking if a fishbone gets lodged in someones throat!

i always inspect fish i give to the kids to ensure it is bone free.
