I have a hole in my Tooth and the pain is hurting loads , Im now getting lump on the side of my lower Jaw ? What is this ?

My 2nd tooth from the back of my mouth has little hold in it and also have hole where the old filling was . The pain is getting worse as the days go on . I cant Afford to see my Dentist till the 25th . I just started to get a lump under my lower jaw that hurts if i touch it ? what is this ?

How can i stop this pain ? Anyone know

You have most likely developed an abscess in the jaw, an infection of the gums. You can take any over the counter pain reliever you like, and sometimes applying mild heat to the jaw will help. Aside from that, you just need to see the dentist as soon as possible. I suggest you call the office and tell them you believe you have an abscess forming. You will need antibiotics to control the infection, and then the approriate dental treatment to deal with the teeth to prevent it happening again. Until you are treated, the pain will only get worse.

Get pain relief - paracetamol and codeine combination
- clove oil

It sounds to me like you might need some antibiotics. You might want to see a doctor about getting those first, before going to see the dentist. The lump under your jaw might well be a dental abscess. (Or it might just be a swollen lymph gland)

You have infection! Go to the Dentist tell him that you need pain medication he will give you medicen for it. Let them know you can't afford any work done and I'm sure they can work something out! Rinse with warm water and salt and call them they'll help to clam the pain till your next appoinment. Good luck....
