take it to a repair tech - why risk several hundred dollars on tenon damage when you can get it pulled for about $20?

Don't put it in the freezer or apply heat to it. If it is wood, both of those are excellent way to crack it. A cracked wooden clarinet is firewood.

try just holding it in your hand first the warmth from your hand might be adaquate, with a hair dryer use the lowest setting that still puts out heat, do not put it in the freezer it will just get tighter and maybe break. just work on it and when you get it off take a razor and a sharp knife and shave a little of the cork off enough to keep it on but not let it get stuck again good luck .

try putting some oil (olive oil whatever) into the stuck joint and try moving to joint around to work to oil in. The hairdryer idea sounds good too. When things get hot they contract (or mabey it's the other way around) stick it in the freezer for a few minutes if the dryer dosent work

Try blowing some warm air on it with a hair dryer.
