I need and want to lose weight. I'm eat "Smart Ones" and "Lean Cuisine", however, I want a change and I've heard about "Amy's Foods." I know they're healthy and I was wondering if anyone lost weight eating only those products. Are they high in sodium like "Lean Cuisine?"

I prefer Smart ones and eat veggies and fruits throughout the day.

Amy's Has a lot of Sodium as well, You can look on peapod.com just go to the frozen food section and click on the Item you want to know about.

Your better bet is to try and make some of your own meals where you can control the ingredients.. Make a big batch of whatever you like and put it in single serving containers to freeze.

Amy's Whole Meals Black Bean Enchilada with Rice & Pinto Beans Organic

it's not wether or not the food makes you lose weight, it's how much you eat that will determine your weight, amys is good becasue it is filled with good colories that feed your body, thus, making it feel full because it is getting the real nutrition that it needs, but you still have to count calories, you can't have three amy's pizza's and expect to lose weight, a calorie is a calorie, but as far as good calories, amys is the way to go.....smart ones and lean cuisine, totally isn't bad either
