un-neutered male dogs are more likely to fight with other male dogs

dogs do not know if anything is missing. They are NOT furry humans. Like if you castrate a horse or cat or pig, it does not matter. They can't tell the difference either same as dogs.

dogs don't get jealous in that way( they are not people) they are territorial and are concerned with dominance, the other dog is probably aware of a change in your dog but is not sure what it is and therefore acting agressively to exert it's dominance because it is unknown to him of what is different. I would say keep your dog away from it and speak with its owner, or at least if your dogs must be around each other make sure they are supervised until they can get used to each other again.

NO, funny you asked though but it's not from jealousy. the dog is fighting because they're trying to get that ALPHA DOG instinct back, nothing about being castrated. thats why medical teams have introduced neuticals, fake nuts for your dog

thats funny somebody didn't like my response...either way the asker got a star necause it was a good question

Its not a jealousy thing, they are trying to figure out the alpha male as they may be a shift in the domant male. depending on which one was casterated. depending on wether its play fighting or not. I would defintintly make it clear to both dogs when this happens that its not acceptable, with a low tonned NO! as soon as they stop for even a few seconds praise with a good boy.

First of all, you need to keep your dog away from that dog. Obviously he is dominant & aggressvie toward your dogs.
Second, because the neighbor's dog isn't neutered, he is being more aggressive.
Your dumb neighbors need to get their dog neutered, and also keep him away from other dogs since he is now used to attacking other dogs.

They don't get jealous of intact dogs - that's giving dogs emotions that are a bit too complex.

most likely one or both dog is trying to claim both yards as their personal territory. Dogs can't read the deeds.

I asked my dog and hes not answering. They can smell that something is or is not there on another animal.

No, they do not even realize they are missing anything. The fighting has nothing to do with the neutering.
