How many World War III's can you have, if you mean is there ever going to be a World War III.
Probably at some time, there will be one, after all there was a World War I and a World War II.
The laws of probability state the odds are 50/50.

WWIII has already happened,it was called the Cold War.It was fought globally,using smaller nations(Korea,Vietnam ,etc) as small proxys to push each other around.
