I'm through with college classes, so I'm not going to do your assignment for you. But immediately deporting means finding them, uprooting their entire family and myriad other problems. Yes, they should go back and come back in the right way, but no way are we going to get thousands rounded up like cattle.
We need to deport immediately any that are in jail; there homes are already disrupted and because they illegally came into the country and then broke other laws, they obviously aren't thinking of their family anyway.. They tend to take care of each other, so someone will help the family once the prisoner is gone back. Then begins the problem of getting the family back over the border. What if there are young children? Sadly, dad's choice affects everyone, regardless of age. If the child likes it here, he will learn to come over when of age, the legal way, and be a happy American-Mexican. Good lessons learned!
Illegal means just that! Deportion sounds so mean, doesn't it? But why not then let every bank robber free, every pimp continue to work his girls on the streets, etc. Illegal is illegal regardless of the crime.
Have you ever tried to go into Mexico, break the law and get to go free? No, their laws are tough, even if your car breaks down over there. Jail time is Long, and not off for good behavior, and yet we are soooo nice to everyone else. Rules are rules, regardless of the race.

1. The word "illegal" makes all the difference. They are living here illegally and if they are not in the process of becoming a legal citizen, then they should be going home.

2. The USA clinics and hospitals should only help the illegal immigrants that are true emergencies and when treatment is over, they should be bussed back over the border.

3. If an illegal has a baby in the USA, the baby and and mother should be bussed back to Mexico. Our clinics and hospitals know they aren't going to pay the bill but they should be allowed to be citizens just because they are born here. A baby should only be a US citizen if the parentS are legal citizens.

Illegal is illegal. I am not prejudice to any nationality so, if it were a Norwegian here illegally, the answer would be the same UNLESS, there was proof of persecution or threat of life! Otherwise send them back and tell them to get in this country the correct and legal way like countless others from around the globe do every year! Why should it be different for Mexicans? I ask You, Why?

They should be deported as quickly as found. Why are they illegal. They snuck in. And coyotes charge $4000-8000 for getting them across. Know how they pay? They traffic drugs, prostitute and become slave labor for the most part. And rensoms are paid. Know why they don't just get a visa, even a visitors visa? Because they are already convicted criminals either in the US or their home country.
Any respectable alien can obtain at least a visitors visa. If they overstay, even work here, ICE will simply ask them to leave. If they do voluntarily, no black mark. They can obtain another visa. People overstaying, even working in violation of visa conditions are not considered to be here illegally.

Yes, and for my first point, ITS ILLEGAL. That alone should help your decision. I mean, if something's against the law, action must be taken. We can't let people come here who don't follow the same rules that everyone has to. They can come once they have legally been documented as a citizen and show the ability to learn english and learn about our history.

Also, if they're coming up illegally and no action is taken, they will only come more because they'll see that they won't get into trouble for sneaking into the country. And if more of them come illegally, that will only make things worse. Our country is already bursting at the seams with population right now.

Plus, they are taking jobs and money that belongs only to people that are legally earning it. I'm not racist, I wouldn't mind if a Mexican had a job as long as he was legal. That doesn't bother me. Anyone who comes into this country illegally doesn't deserve to earn a living with jobs that belong to others.

How dumb can people be? Obviously this is NOT a homework question.

I don't think I can explain it in 3 descriptive paragraphs, but I can surely give you my opinion.

I think that there should be a program implemented whereas anyone who wants to, and QUALIFIES (by a very strict background check), can come and work in the USA.

Deporting undesirables of course, should be a must.

Yes.
-The language gap (we're not prepared)
-Hospitals (No Insurance)
-Schools cannot support language gap again
-Social Services, Food Stamps and Welfare would go sky high.
-The minute you allow them to stay a million more would cross the border into Texas
- If you give an inch they will take everything you have including your job. If you get paid 15 bucks a hour ...they'll do it for 4 bucks an hour..and American companies would hire them and fire you..it's called greed. (This is jobs we will do and continue to do) This would turn into the worst historical decision ever in the time of existence. It would take over like bugs and we would drowned in it..no control whatsoever..no matter who says it would be...
