Currently i am in college and so far ive been doing alright. my classes start in the morning around 8 am and ends at 1 pm, after my classes end i go to straight to work from 1 to 6 and after work it takes me about an hour to get out of the traffic. At the end of the day i am just to tired and stressed out to do anything. At the same time i got a long research paper thats due in 2 weeks. for a while i was thinking of quiting my job to concentrate on school but i have to help the family get out of debt and that pretty much uses up all of the money i make. all of this is starting to affect my grades in school. i thought of getting a girlfriend, but no luck their either, i keep avoiding girls
i must be shy or something, i just don't know what to say.
what do you think i should do, all of these things are really stressing me out.

no girlfriend ! she will double your trouble. try to force yourself and go out, i know you are tired but you need to get out. concentrate on your school. you are not shy, you just to preoccupied with all the things in your life, try to manage them.
best of luck, be strong, you will be fine.

I am in your exact same situation. For me it came down to a question of priorities. In the end I chose to put school on hold. My family was more important to me. But, I was in a good job that was paying the bills and then some. I am finally back in a position to go back to school part time in the spring. I've never regretted putting my family first. I have regretted blowing them off though because I had "..a long research paper due..."

Don't get me wrong, school is super important, but you can take it part time, online, CLEP courses, work benefits, etc... Your in a tough spot, good luck with your decision.

A girlfriend could add more stress to the situation really. Depending on the girl. Some chicks get too clingy and obsessive. With the amount of time you would not be reachable the 'new girl' may get paranoid and think you are doing other things.
