After being with someone that long, you should feel comfortable being able to discuss anything. This also includes past relationships. And at this point, knowing it's the past, there should be no jealousy, negative feelings, etc.
I'm actually dating a guy right now who's very open about his past. While some girls might be bothered by it, I appreciate his openness and honesty. I feel perfectly comfortable sharing my details as well. In fact, he likes hearing about them.

It all depends on what you two are comfortable with, everyone is different. If you are uncomfortable hearing this info from him, you should tell him. Maybe you could tell him without making a big deal out of it...next time he says something you can laugh and say "okay...too much information" or block your ears and hum a tune, he'll get the picture but also laugh about it so it's not awkward. But that's just how I like to deal with little annoyances that you want to bring up but don't necessarily need a whole conversation.
My boyfriend and I mention little things here and there about our past sex lives and we are both comfortable with that. We might touch lightly on a subject and neither of us ever goes into further detail unless the other starts asking questions.
Just do whatever you're comfortable with. Good luck!

All I EVER needed to know about my fiance's past sexual experiences are three pieces of information that could potentially affect our relationship in the future:
STDs
pregnancies/offspring
abuse/infidelity
Other than that, her past has nothing to do with me.

as long as both of you can be mature about it, and dont make it a competition, or a comparison, it shouldnt matter whether you talk about it or not. try to stay away from it, but in reality, it's not that big of an issue.
if anything, try to learn from what he tells you, maybe that someone did, or didnt do something right. who knows? all that matters is that your boyfriend is with you,and loves you.
good luck!

Never mention them. It just ends up backfirinig on you in the future. Also, if he tells you about his experiences, it may upset you. So it's better just to keep them to yourself.

Naw, avoid talking about them. Sure, it's fun and a bit of a turn-on, but you're gonna remember each and every detail. Is this something you wanna carry with you? You can't un-ring the bell.

you can mention them lightly, then move on. what's in the past is in the past, and unless you have a disease, you really shouldn't dwell on it. it can create a lot of room for jealousy.

LESS HISTORY..MORE MYSTERY!!
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS....ARE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE PICKED UP FROM PAST LOVERS THAT YOUR NEW BF NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT!
