yes he's admitting that he can't be trusted. AND ALSO that he likes playing with your head for even saying that all. You probably are too beautiful for him anywayz, find yourself someone who doesn't play head games. thats not cool.

If I understand what you mean by "dog", then yes you should leave him, before he does something bad behind your back and hurts your feelings. The sooner you leave the better
