inorder for that to happen you need a spray you can get from any pet store. just spray it on the bed and your problem is gone. dont worry, the spray has no odor.

First off, protect the bed. You should have either a plastic sheet that goes under the bottom sheet so nothing soaks through to the mattress, or go get a cheap shower curtain from the discount store and lay it over the quilt so the cat can't pee onto anything that can soak it up.

If the litter box is CLEAN (some cats won't use it if it's used even once and not cleaned out) and she's going nowhere else in the house, it could be a case of the bedspread smelling like used laundry enough that she figures she can pee there.

If the box is used and she's one of those cats who likes pristine boxes, get a second box and stick it in your room.

Usually if the cat pees up in the top third of the bedspread, they're reacting to the smell of facial grease/oil on the sheets, which smells very strong to them. This is the part you rub on your face when you sleep, or breathe into, so it gets a lot smellier than the rest of the quilt. You have to break the habit, and putting a shower curtain (plastic) over the whole bed when you're not in it can help with that. At the very least you won't have peed on bedding.

The most logical answer is that the cat has a bladder infection and is desperately trying to get your attention. Get the cat to a vet ASAP!

is she fixed? was your other cat fixed? females will mark their territory just like males i found this out the hard way. also she could have an infection. call your vet and see what he says.
