I'd suggest a mix of highlights and lowlights. It will add a lot of depth to your hair. I wouldn't get color, since it would distract from your green eyes, which are very pretty and hard to find.

I suggest that you get black and/or blonde thick highlights into your hair, or have them add a gold tint to your hair. The tint will make your hair seem lighter and make it sparkle. If you are planning to dye your whole head, I suggest something light since you have pale skin. I would probably rule out using red, seeing as it probably won't work with your skin. But a creamy caramel color would also probably look good on you.

A color w/in 1 or 2 shades of your natural hair color would be best if you want to completely dye your hair. Highlights can be 3 shades lighter than your natural color.

The key is to choose a color that complements your skin tone.

Here's how:

Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

If you are warm toned, stick w/ carmel or coppery colors. If you are cool toned, ashy colors would work best.

maybe do all different streaks through your hair, blonde and red or all different blondes with some highlights and lowlights.
i dont think darker will be any good if you have pale skin but why dont you go to the hairdresser or look up hairstyles or colours on the net or through celebrity magazines. i bet youll find something you love. good luck!
