I have already turned on my flash on my psp but my flash on my psp is an older version and I need a way to find the new version.

i wouldnt trust any site thats posted on linkbucks.com
but the answer is you cant. if you have a 2.80 firmwared psp, you have the highest flash player that you can install.
if you want to use it to watch youtube videos, there are two things to do.
you first should email sony and tell them to please release a better flash player in the next firmware update (at least flash8)
next, you can install psptube if you are on custom firmware.
this will allow direct view of youtube videos without converting or downloading them.
