The best anti-aging, wrinkle preventing step you can take is to wear sunscreen & avoid sun damage.

"Sun damage is by far the most notable cause of wrinkling, which is easily proven by something referred to as the backside test of aging. In other words, compare the areas of your skin that rarely, if ever, see the sun with the parts of your body exposed to the sun on a daily basis. Those areas with minimal sun exposure (such as your backside) are rarely, if ever dry, and they also have minimal to no signs of wrinkles or aging skin. They will also have far more of the firmness, elasticity, and color of "younger" skin, because they have not been subjected to years of cumulative exposure to sunlight." http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/art.asp?ID=177

If Revitalift isn't too rich for your skin, it's okay to keep using it. Skin doesn't develop an "immunity" to retinol.

A much more gentle and nourishing option is natural skin care. Using ingredients that are fresh will help with keeping skin in the best shape, without chemicals and harsh ingredients from most all commercial products.
Just a couple ingredients that help fight wrinkles are bananas and castor oil. Making homemade masks once a week and exfoliating with natural ingredients gives skin such a lift!

its not gonna stop wrinkles appearing, wrinkle creams work by smoothing out the appearence of wrinkles not preventing them. for your age i think using this will just do more damage than good. any wrinkle creams or age defying foundations are not meant to be used on people your age beacause it can be really harsh on your skin and make it really unhealthy or oily. if you want to prevent wrinkles when you go in the sun just use a good sun screen like olays or niveas. olay total effects is a moisturiser, age defier, imperfection cream and a sun screen all in one. so for what your looking for i think you need olay total.

Depends if your skin is dry or oily. If you are oily or normal it may be too rich and cause breakouts. Don't smoke and stay out of the sun are the best ways to avoid wrinkles the rest is DNA.

i believe any damage done to your skin 10 years ago is what shows in the present time. i don't know if i believe those products work? never used them before myself.
i wear sunblock daily since i was a little kid and i'm 23 and havn't seen any wrinkles yet. i put sunblock on my toddler every day too even in cloudy weather and when we don't even go out doors.
