I can't seem to find anything that motivatesme!!!

How did you reach your goal?

I get frustrated when pants I own no longer fit - for me that's usually the final kicker to change up my diet. I ended up using a free motivation web site called sproximo which helped me set some diet and exercise goals. It sends you reminder emails of your goals...

My children. I want to be here for them. I have not yet reached my goal, but, it is something that I work at everyday. I eat healthy exercise and use my weights and tell myself daily that I can do this. I did not gain it over night and I will not lose it over night. When I wake up and see a 1/2 lb. weight loss it motivates me to keep doing it and soon my goal will be mine to cherish!

i just have to keep on myself keep reminding myself that what I'm going is going to make me happy. you have to want it so bad, you have to want it for yourself. you can try weight watchers because then you meet with a bunch of other people and someone else is going to see what your doing it may help to keep you going to get to your goal. my mom lost 85lbs there.

My pants didn't fit me any more. I could not feel my hips bones, and my thighs rubbed together.

I quit desserts, and started exercising.

Lost 25 pounds in one month.

(But I was younger then, too.)
