Zombie Brigham Young vs. Zombie Joseph Smith?

Well, what it would really come down to would be a numbers game. Joseph Smith had 24 wives (according to the LDS' website; some scholars have placed that number as high as the mid-40s, but I'll take their word for it), but Brigham Young on the other hand had a whopping 51 wives.

On the other hand, Joseph Smith might just get a sudden revelation from Jesus to the effect that "Brigham Young should kill himself" and that MIGHT be the end of the fight. Then again, the LDS church abrogates some of Smith's revelations from Jesus all the time (for example, they ended polygamy even though Smith called it an 'everlasting covenant' for the express purpose of getting statehood for Utah), so it might not work though.

But in the end, at least one of them would die, and so would several of their OCD Mormon wives, so really... the winner is all the rest of us.

Brigham Young would win, because Pocahantas did Josephs fighting and Brigham could never hit a girl.

Tough call. I think Smith was more of a scrapper.

To kibye above me that tried to get someone looking for a rosary to go to the Mormon bookstore if you were any kind of Mormon you would know both Smith and Young are considered prohets in the Mormon religion.

Joseph Smith could beat anybody at that Stick Pull Game that they liked to play in the 1800's.

My vote is with him.

Am I gonna get struck down for answering this question?

Smith had a few trips to the slammer so he was most likely a pretty tough guy. However, if Young lost, he would sick the Danites on Smith. ;-)

what is the bookie's odds running right now..

smith was a con man, they might know a little about fighting but they'd know a lot about running

young, well he was probably more honorable so I would figure the two of them would both lose

Hmmm - champion stick puller? or life long carpenter... I think I'd go with Joseph - he loved a good wrestle and probably had some knock-down, dragout fights with his brothers from time to time...
