i keep seeing this word "heah" used as a salutation in the beginning of a letter and i don't understand it! is it supposed to be like "yeah" or a substitute for "hey" or is it a combination of the two? i'm so confused! please help me figure this out. thank you for your help!

It's a word that doesn't mean anything. It's just a sound made before the brain can engage and think up a real word with meaning.

Heah might mean "here." The little dudes on South Park- well, Cartman at least- say it like that.
