so i worked at a McDonald's in a mall for 2 months n my probabtion ended but they didnt want me to come back because fast enough. I'm still confused about it. I would love to write that at least I had SOME WORK EXPERIENCE but telling future employers the real answer would be too embrassing and lessen my chances of employment, right? yet I want to try to apply for other McDonald's(not mall ones) so I have a feeling they would hire me but then if they ask why I dont work there any more I dont know what I would say. What do you think about all these? should I apply anyways? most likely some McDonald that i'll apply to will call me for an inteview since i have some experience but then i'd be worried if they dont hire me just because i worked for so little and wasnt good enough in the previous place and you know, fast food is all about being fast! but I now learned my mistake and I feel like if I had another chance, I would not make the same mistakes and actually be better!

It's been so long that I've been looking for a job but never wrote that I have some work experience but now I'm going back to thinking maybe I should apply for other McDonald's and see what happens but I have a feeling they wont hire me because I couldnt hold my last McDonald's job so they wouldn't be able to count on me.. that's what I think.. I could prove them wrong!

I know some might say just apply for a totally different place, well I will more and I have before, but hey it's always easier to apply to a place I've worked before and see what happens, TRY to get myself hired

You will get a good job and be successful because you are really trying to get things right. It is obvious that you want to do a good job for whoever hires you, and your good attitude will help you a lot more than you might realize.
Keep trying and some day you will look back and know that all the things you had to do to get where you are were worth it and you will know that by trying to do your best God has rewarded you.
Go to a place you think you might like to work and ask to speak to the manager. Be confident and know that if he hires you, he will be helping his business. You are an asset to anyone fortunate enough to have you.

Gee, do you think you lost the last MickeyD's job because you're too self-involved and talk too much? I didn't bother reading everything, it got boring quickly, and you could have made your point and asked your question in about 5 sentences.

Your McD's records are on their computers, so no matter where you go, they'll know why your butt got canned, no matter what you say.

This is more of a learning experience than a work experience. And if you couldn't even cut it at McDonald's, who will keep just about anyone, chances are you won't be able to work at any other fast food place.

Look at why you were let go, and see if you can improve on that for the next job. Why did they think you weren't fast enough? Did you talk to your co workers and friends while working? Did you have your mind on other things while your focus should have been on your job? Try to look at this as a way to improve on yourself for when you get a real world job.

Look this is quite a hard predicament to be in .I employed a guy once that was hopeless.True as it maybe we are still good friends and he got fired.I would give him another go if he needed a job but he would need to be understanding of his previous shortcomings. If you can admit you were a bit slow to me then why not the next boss. 90% of what i look for is attitude. I wan't my customers to like who I employ. You'll do ok, be honest it always works best.
