I feel for you so much, actually I have been through similler experience, love hurts big time, what ever people will tell you it just doesn't make any difference to the reality specially when you go to bed or alone at work or even at the gym working out, all what I can say is value yourself more, apparantly you don't, he is playing with your emotions and I am sorry to say that but it's the truth, if he had really loved you he would not be with another one no matter what, you should always understand that he left you and now he is with another one so don't let him come back to you crying as that is truely manipulation, sometimes people whether they are girls or boys love to keep alturnatives around them just in case, that is selfishness, you seen a good person as you are ready to get him back after all that but lets say you got him back don't you think that he will go back to the new one and cry for her behind your back? do you really wanna live wondering how things will be now or tomorrow, life is so complicated so you need someone you can rely on and trust without fear, love yourself and do stuff that will add self steem to yourself, try to take courses either educational or dancing or whatever makes you fun to be with and interesting person, maybe by then you will not come back to him even if he wanted to, trust me he doesn't worry about you as much as he is doing what makes him happy.

It does take time but you don't mention how long ago you broke up?? Obviously if it's only a few weeks ago, it is normal to still feel that way. If you told me it was 1 year then i would think it is about time to move on! Go out and have fun, someone else will come along when you least expect it!

Look girly you know me and my dilemmas and in my experience you can't really get over them, but you can find someone else (although they aren't exactly like the one before...like Shane vs. Tim.) No he may no be as perfect as James, but still you should give it a shot. I know it's hard. Dust and Kelsey are having the SAME prob. But just keep looking and I've been talking to James about some things (yeah behind your back cuz I know y'all do belong together.) and yeah he is really stubborn, but I think he will end up coming around. I'M PULLING FOR YA!!

It's possible to move on it takes longer than usual believe me I know how you feel. But how do you think it will feel for the girl if he does break up with the girl he's going out with and come back to you. Would you really like a boyfriend to break up with you and go back to his ex? You are probably not going to find another guy like him so stop comparing.

I bet those people you are saying 'Haven't gone through this' actually have - many times.
I have gone through this, most people have. It takes time to get over someone but you do and you look back at it and think 'what was I thinking!'
You don't feel like that now but if you read this back in a couple of months you will totally agree.
Do you HONESTLY think that out of all the millions of people in this world he was the ONLY one you could be happy with???

Well i feel for you. I havent been in this exact situation but my ex broke up with me and just wants to be friends but i truly loved her and i cant get over her (especially since i see her all the time cuz we are friends). All i can say is try to find a new dude who you can hang out with a lot (even if you dont go out with him) and try to do a lot of things that will keep you busy and keep your mind off him. I hope this helps and trust me i know its hard, but you have to try your best. Best wishes

It's hard and many times you sit and think about them and cry over the what if's for the first months. You do start enjoying life again, as to how long it takes everyone is different. In months and years to come you will think of him but it won't be with that strong hurt you feel now, It will be more less i wonder how he is doing.

I'm sorry, I haven't been in your position before, but my friends have. And I know you're getting tired of hearing this, but it really does take time. You can't just switch off your feelings but if your ex is too loyal to his new girlfriend, you have to be happy for him and try your best to get over him. Eventually it will get better, but it will take time

Yes. Let go.
There are billions of people out there looking for someone who is as true and loyal as you are.
Make the break. If your ex truely valued you above all others then you would be together now.
Get out there. Shine. Be the best you are.
