My husband got to tickets a couple months ago,the are like 700$ total,My problem is that we are both out of work and have no money,and time is running out to pay them,Is there anything I can do to not have to pay them or at least extend the time to pay them and what happens If i don't, they were both hunting fines,and I live in the state of west virginia,any help would be greatly appreciated,thank you!
