You can begin leash training by walking in the house but the pup shouldn't be out where there have been other dogs as they can pick up anyhting and everything.
A pup should start vaccines at 6,9,12 weeks and rabies at 16 weeks and spay or neuter at 5=-6 months.
If you start taking your pup out now htere is a chance the pup can get something a die easily.

No. However you can start to get the puppy used to a collar and perpahps drag the leash around. House or backyard ONLY.

5-7 weeks is too young to be away from their mother, let alone to venture off into the dirty world for a walk.

Nope..not needed, just play in the backyard . Your dog hasn't had all its shots so he can easily contract parvo, rabies, etc from grass, dirt, etc.

No, it is too young, more than likely not vcaccinated yet, and it could get sick and tired VERY SUPER easily.

you could maybe take it outside to play for 10-15 minutes or so but i would not start walking it for a few more weeks.

yes it is better to train them how to walk on a leash now instead of when they are a year.
