Probably palm oil. It also depends if you mean "what is the most high calorie food by weight". Nuts and any type of oil (vegetable oil, olive oil, canola oil) are also very high in calories. However, most foods that are really high in calories are also very high in fat content. Remember, 1 gram of fat contains 9 kilocalories, 1 gram of protein contains 4 kilocalories, and 1 gram of carbohydrates contains 4 kilocalories. A Kilocalorie is the correct term for a calorie. Try adding these up on the back of a nutrition label from any food. It's cool how it all adds up to the total caloric intake listed on the package. Also, remember that alcohol also contains calories. Alcohol contains 7 kilocalories per 1 gram. If you don't what to get fat then you need to avoid alcohol and fatty foods. Peace out. Let me know if I was of any help.

The Quadruple Bypass Burger has four slabs of beef weighing 2lbs, three cheese layers, four bacon rashers, lettuce and tomato.

The Heart Attack Grill in Tempe, Arizona, has wheelchairs to carry customers out of the restaurant.

Customers can also order the smaller Triple Bypass Burger and Flatliner fries cooked in pure lard.

It's foie gras not fauxgras. It is made of either duck or goose liver that has been specially fattened. I supposed that would make it extremely high in fat though
