I recently had a great Blue Coco Mojito on Holland American's Amstetdamn. I know it has coco rum and blue caraco, but that's it. does anyone has the recipe - or something similar?

That's all you need for liquor...
Start 1 tablespoon sugar & mint leaves, muddle in glass.
Splash with soda.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour 3 oz. rum & 1oz. Caraco into ice & stir.
ENJOY!!!

Try this:

11/2 parts Bacardi Cóco (or any coconut rum)
12 fresh spearmint leaves
1/2 lime
7 parts club soda
2 tsp. simple syrup or 4 tsp. sugar
mint sprigs for garnish

Crush mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add Bacardi Cóco and club soda, stir well.

--- I suppose to get the blue color, you could add some caraco.
