It sounds like you are having anxiety attach's, the reason I say this, is because you mention "Temper". My mother was an anxious person. I too suffer the shakes and lose my temper quite easily, but not to the full extent of an attach. I find exercise & keeping really active, calms your nervous system down, it kind of tuckers you out. When I don't walk or keep active I get very anxious and dettached. Doctor's can perscribe tablets for anxiousness, I've tried some, but it made me i'll so I knew then I didn't have it that bad.

Blood sugar. You are not eating enough protein, too much starch ratio to protein, like choosing a bite sized snickers bar instead of eating whole foods. It makes your blood sugar drop and you start to tremble and the proper blood flow isn't getting to your extremities. The bad temper or reactive behavior is also because of lack of blood sugar levels for your brain.

The clinical term for it is Hypoglycemia.

You have to start eating right. Instead of white bread choose sprouted bread for starters. It breaks down more slowly and doesn't give you a sugar rush which makes you tired and then shaky and then yell at someone when not feeling right.

I had the same problem. Turned out is was caused by dehydration! Most Americans don't drink nearly enough water and instead drink soda which actually dehydrates them more. Drink at least 5 16oz glasses of water every day and my bet is the shakes will go away.

It sounds like a nervous twitch of some sort. I would see the doctor if I were you. if the shaking is only when you are angry or upset it is nothing to worry about but if it is all/most of the time it should be checked out.

It sounds like you might be having anxiety, as long as you get checked out and eliminate anything more serious.

Does it happen when you're really nervous or worked up about something? Shaking, shortness of breath, irritability are all symptoms of anxiety.

Could be some sort of adrenaline issue, especially considering that it happens when you get very angry. I'd see your doctor and, in the meantime, try some relaxation techniques to see if that helps. Find things that calm and soothe you (listening to music? going for a jog?) and maybe that will help.

We can't answer this question. You need to make an appointment with your doctor so he can arrange for some tests and possibly see a consultant.

Do this first thing in the morning and let us know the outcome because we are all thinking of you. Good luck hope things turn out fine. ;) x

Maybe you had too much caffeine and anxiety. Please see a doctor. I'm 18 and have had the same symptoms when I was overdosing on caffeine and being stressed out at the same time didn't help my situation.

<3 Get better.

Gordon Broon had the same condition at the dispatch box today!. Don't worry son. He came through it after hiding behind closet doors for ten years!. At least you have noticed the symptoms and gone public immediately!.
