only if you develop listeriosis which will cause you to lose the baby.
Edit
I was a bit harsh in my answer. sorry. I was having a bad day. Eating raw fish is never a good idea. The list of potential pathogens is as long as my arm (listeria, salmonella, vibro parahemolyticus, bacillus to name a few). All of them will make you sick and some of them will be bad for the baby. If you don't believe me ask some expert you trust. If I were you I would not be taking advice from people on the Internet anyway. As others have said as your Doctor but I bet he gives you the same advice. Sorry about my first answer.

you should see a doctor to make sure.
eating raw fish is not good, eatting any raw meat is bad for baby and you.

Pregnant women should avoid the following:
Swordfish, shark, king mackerel and tile fish. These fish can contain potentially risky levels of mercury. Mercury can be transferred to the growing fetus and cause serious health problems. In addition, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has advised pregnant women to eat no more than 6 ounces (1 average meal) of canned albacore ("white") tuna per week. However, it is safe to eat up to twelve ounces (2 average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury. Five of the most commonly eaten fish that are low in mercury are shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock and catfish.
Raw fish, especially shellfish (oysters, clams).
Undercooked meat, poultry, seafood and hot dogs. Cook all meat, poultry and seafood thoroughly to kill bacteria. Cook hot dogs until they are steaming hot. Deli meats (such as ham, salami, and bologna) are an occasional cause of food poisoning; pregnant women may choose to avoid them or reheat them before eating.
Soft-scrambled eggs and all foods made with raw or lightly cooked eggs.
Soft cheeses such as Brie, feta, Camembert, Roquefort and Mexican-style such as queso blanco fresco.
Unpasteurized milk and any foods made from it
Unpasteurized juices
Raw sprouts, especially alfalfa sprouts

Personally your plan of action should be
A) Find out if your pregnant
B) Seek an OB/GYN out
C) Tell them what your diet is like
D) Listen to the advice

Don't listen to advice off the internet when it comes to another life... That baby is way too precious to chance listening to the advice of crazy people like me and all the 10-15 year old advice givers on here. (shrug) sorry, but its true

Take a home pregnancy test as soon as possible. If you are pregnant, see a doctor right away and tell him/her about what you have been eating and follow the doctor's advice.

Best of Luck to you!
