Warped = bent. When the term "warped" is used, it is usually in connection with a gun barrel having been over heated by prolonged automatic fire. But warped is warped and all it means is that somehow the barrel became bent. It is possible to straighten a warped barrel but it is a job for a gunsmith and often they send them off to a factory to have them straightened. It takes special tools and talent to straighten a barrel.

Pretty much self explanatory, a warped barrel is a barrel that is warped.

Bent. Not straight. Expensive to fix/replace. Possibly dangerous to use.
