If god is all powerful, then he could see into the future. so if he knows how each of us will end up, then there is a destiny. if there is a destiny then we don't have a choice. also if god is all-powerful then he created the "devil" and he created us. so he created a problem and a solution. hmmm.......doesn't sound very god like. when you think about it, why did he create us at all. he is all powerful, so the only reason to create us would be for his enjoyment. that's kinda selfish "god."
people need to stop having faith and use logic. seriously think about it. if you think you are insulting your god by questioning him, then that's not a god i would want to worship anyway.
do you agree?

The myth of religion defies logical analysis, there are too many parts that don't make sense if you examine it too deeply.

You got it right until you assumed His motive..He created man for His glory, and chose those who would glorify Him.
If you count logic more useful than faith, you will be seriously lacking at the judgement.
As I have said and written, those who approach God on an intellectual level are way out of their league.

I think that you should attempt to use logic yourself as yours appears to be quite flawed. First you questioned why he would create "the devil"...can their be good without evil? No. Unless both exist there can be no free will. If you do not have free will then what's the point? If you were sent here to learn you would need to learn how to choose right from wrong. If there is no wrong then everything is right. If everything is right they you and no real choice, did you? Can't have hot without cold...light without dark...love without hate. Open your mind.

Yes God is all powerfull and he does know the future but we don't. You have a choice on how yours goes. If you follow the Bible and believe in Jesus Christ and become a Born Again Christian then life will be the best it can be for you on this planet. However if you choose to serve the devil then things are not going to go very good, its hard to go against the grain. The Bible says he created us in his image, When you die if you are saved then you get to enter into Heaven with him and live in a Paradise. If you are not saved well a lake of fire doesn't sound that promising to me, you seem to have a lot of anger I sense, remember no where in the Bible does it say life is going to be all peaches and cream, on the contrary Jesus Christ, Gods son came to earth and was rejected and Crucified even though he had done no wrong and was Perfect. If the world crucifies a perfect man and we are all sinners obviously then we are going to have troubles, this is where our faith comes in, if we believe Jesus is who he says he is it gives us strength to endure this world and all its troubles. When we endure hardship for Jesus we get blessed, Have you ever confessed to Jesus that you are a sinner in need of a Saviour? Are you willing to admit you need Jesus in your life? If you are you can be born again right now and enjoy a life with Christ for the rest of eternity, just pray this sinners pray of faith believing, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

God can't be real, all-powerful, and all-good, this is called the Problem of Evil. Why would there be evil in the world? God must either be able but not willing to stop it, or willing but not albe to stop it, or be imaginary.
I've actually asked questions about creation myself that are similar to what you just posted. Why did God create us? Christianity teaches that there is nothing outside of us and him in the world. Are we nothing more than lab rats in his experiment where he throws hurricanes and other faulty humans with knives at us? What does he want from us? Does he want us to pray to him? Sacrifice a goat? Pay our tithes to the local church?

The only way to rationalize this system is to leave it. The appeal of a deity is not based on logic, so, in this case, logic is rain on a hippo's back.
