Too young for a trike- not coordinated enough at that age, even if she's advanced, and likely not big enough to reach the pedals. (I got my daughter one for her second birthday, and it was about a yr before she loved it)
A rocking chair isn't much fun.
Rocking horse!!! I bet she would love it, and soon should be able to get on/off herself. Great gift idea!!! The bounce and spin zebra one looks awesome, We want to get it for our little girl:

A 1 year old is going to be happier playing with the box than the toy inside it. Be practical, a savings bond or start a college savings fund (529 account). The kid will get a bunch of toys at her party that she won't play with. If you have to buy something, make it small, a cheap whistle or ballons, but it is much more practical to get something that will actually be there for them in the future as opposed to something the parents will throw away in 6 months.

Tricycle and you can even find a cheap one at Walmart (just in case you wanted something fun but really affordable). They have one for $10 that I bought a friend's son for his 1st birthday.
And, they aren't too young. My son loved to scoot along in his and even though he's 2, he still loves the ones he got when he was 1.

rocking chair of your three but why not make a donation to a charity since a 1 year old really doesn't care.

The horse. My daughter is about to turn 3 and isn't ready for her brother's tricycle yet.
Good luck!
