Is it really a part of Islamic teaching that a land conquered by Muslims shall always be Islamic land?

Can this be found in the Koran or hadith, if it's true?

Sounds right, when they finish with it it can't be used for anything else.

yep . that is the reason why Pakistan with the support of other Muslim nations (they hope) wants to take over the whole of India.
They figured Pakistan as just a start after Independence and then run over India under the Islamic flag.
