yesterday I prayed to the lord and asked him why anybody would go to hell for not believing in him and why its a sin to be gay. and when I slept I had a dream and he told me that it was all a lie. that the people who wrote the bible were wrong and that they wrote it how they wanted to.
he told me he wanted to see how many people would actually believe in something without proof. and he told me that according to him gay people dont go to hell. and I know it was true because I truly felt him inside me and I swear I know it was really him.

Well how do you know when god speaks to you or is inside of you that its him and not the devil? I saw him with my own eyes. And he said that it is most definately him and not what it says in the bible. So how would you know? I think you're just jealous that he hasnt spoken directly to you.

Great post......
Here you have the biggest problem with religion. God just told this guy that many of the verses in the bible are not as they read. There is NO WAY to prove him wrong, and if he is charismatic enough, he may be able to form a new denomination.
Religion is based on emotion and personal testimony, which is why it cannot be relied on for truth, which also explains the many contradictions in scripture that religious people love to ignore or find a way around.

If we love our fellow humans so much than why do we put the bad ones in jail? If God didn't love us we wouldn't be here right now. God is just as well as loving. Let's say one day you came home and saw a guy with a knife in his hand standing over your bloody family members. You chase him down and then call the cops. They arrest him and he is tried in court. Then the judge says, "I am a loving judge so I will let you go free". Can you honestly tell me you wouldn't be bothered by what the judge has just done? Yes he was being loving, but he was not being just. In the same way, God can not simply sweep all our sins under a rug. Justice must be satisfied. That was the whole point of why Jesus came and stood in our place on the cross. He suffered the wrath of God that was due us. That's why he sends people to hell. They don't love God or want God so he gives them what they ask for, a place without Him, Hell.

You're right about one thing. You WERE dreaming!
Don't you know that satan whispers in your ear also? why would God say things that contradict His own Word, which is the truth, by the way. You either believe it, or you don't. I'm tired of people trying to change God's word, or twist it to make it suit them.
Homosexuality is a sin, and I guess if you don't believe the Bible is God's Holy Word, and you keep making up excuses for your sinful life, then you will find out for sure in the end. People who don't want to believe, simply don't want to believe.
Sir, you do not know God. You have made up a God to suit yourself. That's breaking the first commandment. So, you say the Bible is wrong?? So, Jesus didn't come to earth and die for all our sins?? Is that what you are saying? Because I think you are going to have a hard time trying to convince Christians of this one.

Has it occurred to you that your subjective mental experiences are an illusion created for your mind by your living brain? In fact, each human mind is itself a fabrication of the living brain it occupies.
In ancient times people imagined the Sun revolved around the Earth. For thousands of years people mistakenly believed this was so. Then Copernicus discovered the truth. In a similar fashion, ancient people imagined that their minds were the literal basis of reality and that the physical realm was imaginary. Such thinking is called Solipsism and even today "spiritual people" tend to engage in such archaic thinking. The truth is your own thoughts have nothing whatsoever to do with the nature of reality. The fact you had a dream proves only that you had a dream. The content of your dream is utterly meaningless because the truth is, your dreams are strictly imaginary. Wake up, Dude -- the universe does not revolve around your mind. Solipsism died four hundred years ago. Your body and its brain are real, but your mind and its dreams are not real.

That's exactly how Joseph Smith got his "revelation" from "God" - he was told that all the Christian churches were wrong!
The first problem is that when you throw out the Bible as the basis of authority, then how do you know or prove ANY thing? What's the basis for believing that it was from God when you have nothing to compare it to?
But the other problem is that if you aren't already living for Him, how do you know it was God who answered, and not "an angel of light"? ("The devil, himself can appear as an angel of light.") But if you WERE already living for Him, you would know the Bible to be accurately the very Word of God! You can't just throw away 300+ prophecies as though they weren't there! And the REAL proof of the Bible is the 100% accuracy of these prophecies!
Since God never contradicts Himself, I would say you have been deceived.

I'll pray for you to truly get a Word from God. I don't doubt that you felt something, but that doesn't mean it was God. Satan is cunning and deceitful enough to make you believe that God is telling you the bible is a lie. God would never call Himself a liar and the bible is the Word of God. How can you pick and choose what parts of the bible are true and what was "wrongly" written? That makes no sense! Either you believe in His Word or you don't. God doesn't make mistakes and He chose the writers of the books of the bible and gave them the words to write. Make up your mind. You can't just ignore the parts of the bible that convict you for your sins.

IF you are not telling the truth, you are in big trouble buddy.
But I still wouldn't take your word for it.
And one more thing, you should quit worrying about other people condemning you to hell. And do what the bible says. They are not the Judge, GOd is. And who ever condemns people to hell, has to answer to God at the end.

I know it's a lie, because in the Bible it says it's an abomination. You need to read and not trust a dream that Satan could have given you to fool you into believing what you want to hear.

Well your all set then aren't you? You don't have to worry.
Oh, wait a minute, there's a problem. You see God doesn't lie. He CAN'T lie because what he says becomes the truth... He's the one who can SPEAK things into being.
So the problem is that what you are saying is contrary to what God has already said in scripture. Hmmm... maybe you SHOULD worry after all.
