I have never met a religious person who was a former atheist.
I have met plenty of them who SAY they were atheists. But all they actually were, was someone that did not have a religion.
As soon as someone presented religion to them, they jumped into it and said Hallelujah! These are the kind of people that like to call themselves former atheists, and talk about how sinful their lives were before, etc.
All it proves is that they were idiots before they found religion. (Which is why so many religious people are, in fact, idiots, I might add)
As I mentioned, though, I have never actually met ANYONE who was an atheist, who became one after careful thought and study, who suddenly discovered something that made religion a realistic option.
If any one atheist in the world ever discovered such a thing, there would be no more atheists, because we value the truth, unlike our religious counterparts, who only value the truth that they want to hear.

It's horrible from 7am to 9am okay for the middle of the day and starts back up around 3pm till 6pm and is another mess.
On the weekends don't even ask you might as well stay home.

"Former Christian" and "ex-Christian" turn up much more than "former atheist" and "ex-atheist" do in searches, if that helps.
I would say from observation that while the interstate does go both ways, there's much more traffic in the Christian-to-atheist lane. But I'm an ex-Christian myself.

It's a bit heavy due to a flat tire at the 118th st. exit off the freeway blocking one lane, and typical commuter activity in the other 4. Drivers are advised to take alternate routes.

The on ramps to atheism are flooded with cars, and the off ramps from Christianity are in the same state.... It must mean something, don't ya think?
