Where can i get a large can of glow in the dark paint around National City, CA?

There's a place in Santa Ana that sells phosphorescent products, including paint. Check them out at www.blacklite.com. Keep in mind, though, that I did see on-line sites (like http://www.lumi-lt.com/Paint.html) that have gallon sizes of glow-in-the-dark paint. And, it's about $300 a gallon.
