I have a tattoo of my dad on my arm but it doesn't look like the picture the artist had to go by. I would like to get it fixed to look closer to the original picture. Can this be done? I need an artist in or around Cincinnati

honestly it's probably not a tattoo that can be fixed. portraits are very delicate and not all artists can do them. did you research your artist at all? had he or she done portraits before that looked good? you may need to just have the tattoo covered up with something different and have the portrait re-done by someone who knows what they are doing.
trust me, not all tattooers are talented so you really have to be careful when getting a tattoo that requires skill.

i agree with 'somebody'- you can't make it what it should have been the first time. without seeing the piece in question, i can't say much else.. you may have to cover it up and get a real artist to do it right the first time on fresh skin.
