my cat keeps sneezing, like every 3 times every 10 seconds. she also has a runny nose. im very worried, whats wrong with her and how can i help her???

It could be that at this time of the year, your cat has allergies. It would be best to take her to the vet to get some medicine and other products( prescribed by he vet only) to help this.
Another reasonable explanation is that your cat has a cold. Depending on where you live and how cold it is one of these might make more sense to you.

What's wrong with her is that she's probably got an upper respiratory infection or, small possibility, something stuck up her nose (only if this sneezing started very suddenly and if there's any blood).
You can help her by taking her to a vet. This is the place you go to when you have a sick or injured animal, or need some advice on how to care for an animal. It could be allergies or an URI (upper respitory infection). Take her to the vet - asap.

Maybe it is allergic to cat dander =o, go to a vet.
