Good question with a simple answer.
1) J*sus did not do anything the messiah is supposed to do. (One of these includes the fact that he cannot die before completing ALL of the tasks, which we all know J*sus did. There is no "second coming.")
Here is a short list of some prophecies:
Is there universal knowledge of one G-d? (Jeremiah 31:33, Zechariah 8:23, 14:9, 14:16,
Isaiah 11:9, Isaiah 40:5, Zephaniah 3:9)
Were all Jews returned to Israel? (Isaiah 43:5-6, Isaiah 11:12, Isaiah 27:12-13)
Did he bring world peace? (Isaiah 11:6, Micah 4:3)
Were all weapons destroyed? (Ezekiel 39:9)
Did all warfare cease? (Isaiah 2:4)
Was the Temple rebuilt in it's place? (Ezekiel 37:24-28 Ezekiel 40-48, Isaiah 33:20, Micah
4:1)
Did he bring physical restoration to all who are sick or disabled in any way? (Isaiah
35:5-6)
Was he preceded by Elijah? (Malachi 3:23-24-- 4:4-5 in KJV)
Did the nations help the Jews materially? (Isaiah 60:5, 60:10-12, 61:6)
Does eternal joy and gladness characterize the Jewish nation? (Isaiah 51:11)
Are Jews sought for spiritual guidance? (Zechariah 8:23)
Is the Egyptian river dry yet? (Isaiah 11:15)
Do trees in Israel yield new fruit every month? (Ezekiel 47:12)
Did each tribe receive it's inheritance? (Ezekiel 47:13-14)
Is the enemy buried? (Ezekiel 39:12)
Did he accomplish these tasks without tiring or failing? (Isaiah 42:4)
Did death cease? (Isaiah 25:8)
Are the dead resurrected? (Isaiah 26:19, Daniel 12:2, Ezekiel 37:12-13)
Then no, J*sus is not messiah.
2) J*sus did everything contrary to what a Messiah would do. Most importantly, he did magic tricks/'miracles.' It is written that the messiah will not need to do them to prove he is messiah, and that the one who tries to claim he is messiah by doing those kind of tricks is a FALSE prophet.
Here is some good literature on the subject:

Read the FAQ.
Jesus failed:
-- To rebuild the Third Temple (the 2nd temple was existing)
-- To end man's ability to sin (If you have been born again, you would know what this means)
-- To end all war and violence (2nd advent)
-- To inscribe the Torah on every human's heart (again, if you are born again and filled with his spirit, then you would know what this means)
-- To bring all Jews back to Israel (happening now. Do not not see that the Jews left communist Russia? read Steve Lightle's Exodous II)
Jesus broke rules against:
-- Substitutionary atonement (Jesus was proclaimed the sacrifice by the high Priest himself)
-- Sacrifice outside the temple (He was killed on the Mount of olives across from the temple - as is the Red heifer)
-- Human sacrifice (talk to the High Priest about it, not Jesus. He was a willing lamb)
-- Working on the Shabbat (would you not rescue your donkey if it were stuck in a ditch? The high priests and teachers couldn't refute it).
Jesus falsely taught about:
-- The nature of the Law
-- The nature of Shabbat
-- The nature of the Eternal Covenant
-- The nature of atonement
-- The nature of sin
-- The nature of the afterlife
-- The nature of the Messiah
Jesus blasphemed:
-- In calling the Eternal Covenant fulfilled ( it was fulfilled with his death)
-- In stating that there was a New Covenant. (prophecied in the Old testament)
-- In calling himself 'Son of God', a title reserved for annointed Kings of Israel (Because he IS the Son of God and King of Kings)
-- In teaching of a second coming, which is not scriptural (in fact, the scriptures are clear that HaMosiach will fulfill ALL the prophecies in ONE lifetime, no resurrections or second comings) Proof? Had the Jews not rejected Jesus, perhaps he would have

You seem to neglect that the writers of the Apostolic writings have been for the main section... um... Jews. Oy veh! They witnessed that he became the messiah! So now the place does that depart your question? some people "Christians" do check out to make certain what's genuine and we save Sabbath and the annual fairs of God. We eat in accordance to the biblical nutritional regulations we don't carry to a trinitarian doctrine. You anticipate a lot yet then.... properly all of us understand what occurs while somebody assumes something. Why is there nonetheless Judaism? by means of fact they choose to not have faith. Why are the Christians who prepare paganism? by means of fact they choose to not obey. in keeping with Revelation the saints of God are people who've the testimony of Yahshua (people who prepare Judaism have not got this) and save the commandments of God (the mainstream Christians do not). the two have been blinded partly yet God will do away with the scales from their eyes interior the top circumstances so as that the time of the fix and reconciliation of the properties of Judah and Ephraim can ensue. wager what. no person says each and all the prophecies are fulfilled yet. you're puzzled. If each and all the prophecies have been fulfilled we would not be anxiously watching for his return.

The Jews rejected Jesus because He failed, in their eyes, to do what they expected their Messiah to do--destroy evil and all their enemies, in this case the Romans, and establish an eternal kingdom with Israel as the preeminent nation in the world. The prophecies in Isaiah and Psalm 22 described a suffering Messiah who would be persecuted and killed, but they chose to focus on those prophecies that discussed His glorious victories, not His crucifixion.
The commentaries in the Talmud, written before the onset of Christianity, clearly discuss the Messianic prophecies of Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22 and puzzle over how these would be fulfilled with the glorious setting up of the Kingdom of the Messiah. After the Church used these prophecies to prove the claims of Christ, the Jews took the position that the prophecies did not refer to the Messiah, but to Israel or some other person.

if es = is es does equal is in german
them
M es s.I a h =Messiah (read linearly)
and
M=IVI (sealed together)
and
h=8=2+6=26=7+15+4=G+o+d=God
and
s.l pronounced soul
thus
Messiah leads to
IVI(sealed together) es s.l a God
IVI=IIII I
so who has the soul of God?
a IIII I (sealed together)
the King of KINGS and Lord of LORDS
must be the Lamb that was SLAIN?
so He must be the Lamb and SLAIN
Lamb=LarriDI(sealed together)
where IIII I =DI
SLAIN=SL A I IV(sealed together)
where I IV=I IIII which is IIII I (turned over)
so as you see but don't beleive
the true King of KINGS and Lord of LORDS is not Jesus but Larri(pronounced like larri) that is IIII I (sealed together)
and since Revelation states that kings, generals, even 1/3 of angels will stand against God the King of KINGS and Lord of LORDS who is the One in the light(within light is I i gh Li+, where gh represents 9 I7, larri's birthday), who is the Lamb SLAIN, you can see who the people who want larri Todd S. beheaded are. They are the enemies of God. Seeing that Larri's people were German and Cree (descendants of asians), you can see how north america in ww2 fought against God's people. But despite that God is said to win his WAR cause He is the King of KINGS and Lord of LORDS.
but your governments hate the fact i am the lamb that was SLAIN and in hindsight you re-alize your ancestors are really the enemies of God. And you can claim victory all you want the fact remains God loyal to his race probably isn't on your side. The very words will alway proove that no matter how many people you brainwash.
no don't you feel slightly ashamed for fighting God's people. And you glibbly try to make the germans look bad, you ungodly heathens.

2. be anointed King of Israel,
3. return the Jewish People to Israel,
4. rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem,
5. bring peace to the world and end all war,
6. bring knowledge of God to the world.

In a nutshell (from scripture) what the messiah is supposed to do.
Ezekiel Chapter 37 verses 24-28
And David my servant shall be king over them; and they shall all have one shepherd. they shall also follow My judgments and observe My statutes, and do them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Yaakov my servant, in which your fathers have dwelt and they shall dwell there, they and their children, and their children's children forever; and my servant David shall be their prince forever. Moreover, I will make a covenant of peace with them, it shall be an everlasting covenant with them, which I will give them; and I will multiply them and I will set my sanctuary in the midst of them forevermore. And my tabernacle shall be with them: and I will be their G-d and they will be my people. Then the nations shall know that I am the L-rd who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary will be in the midst of them forevermore.
--Jesus did not do any of this--

Andrew recognized him,
Jhn 1:40 One of the two which heard John [speak], and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother.
Jhn 1:41 He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.
