Take the dog's heads and cook them with a nice vinagrette white wine sauce. You want to make sure they are cooked delictably gently.
Now the government's gonna wanna get involved so you don't want another Michael Vick situation so you have to be careful on this part....

Take the pets to the humane society, get help from the food bank, and go look for a job.

I'd say you were in deeper trouble way before you asked this question if the heads of your animals were falling off, LOL.

Find places that gives out food to help people in your condition. If you don't want your pets call animal controle to come and get them.

Remove the hair and the eyes. Reserve the jowls and the tonge in case you rpefer them fried or broiled.
Boil the head several hours in just enough water to cover. Then pass it through a sieve. Dispose of the bones and retain the liquid, which you put in molds and let it set (head cheese).
This will give you food.
Preparing it will feel like a job.

Go on welfare and staple your pets heads back on! But make sure you use a staple gun, its a little bit difficult with a normal stapler.

tape the head back on and give it to my blind neighbor in a wheelchair down the block, hop into my pet grooming van and then drive like a bat into hell with a random brief case filled with nothing but iou's.

turn your animals over to the police/humane society. it would be in their best interest. i hope that you wouldn't allow them to suffer because of you.
go out and find work for yourselves.
