Some of these Christians seem very interested in other people's actions.

If faith is enough, then why would they spend so much time worrying about the sins of others? Why are they concerned so actions (sins) when faith is what saves a person?

I can understand why a person who is Chrsitian being concerned with their own conduct, but so often I just see them criticising the conduct of others. Would someone trying to please their god focus on the sins of others, or the sins they are responsible for themselves?

Because deep down they know they're wrong about the whole "do whatever you want but as long as you BELIEVE! in Jesus, you'll be okay" thing. Because they know that believing that is probably the most retarded thing in the world, similar to: "I can drive this POS car with the engine about to fall out of it, but as long as I BELIEVE! that everything is okay with it, I can drive it as fast and rough as I want to, and not die. Yay. I'm a moron." These are the people who have not even read the bible any further than their pastor/reverend/priest's selected bible verses, and not without the slant he/she/it put on them, either. That, and they're raging hypocrites. Anyone who has actually gone back through and actually read what's in the bible with an unbiased eye will typically drop mainstream Christianity like an unwanted California newborn at a firestation. A lot of them will drop Christianity, period, but that's a different story...

the individuals who're taught that faith on my own is commonplace via Jesus. this is fake indoctrination it relatively is likewise deceptive. It of course states in the process the e book of Acts and James that baptism immersion, coaching and witnessing approximately God and Christ, and demonstrating a willingness to paintings for God and the church is a call for. Christianity isn't approximately as quickly as saved, consistently saved and faith in basic terms misconceptions. it extremely is plenty deeper and demands very quite some works and faith as nicely as being a real instructor of Christ. all individuals who ever pronounced that being a Christian is easy has in no way studied scripture.

It's from a literal reading of the Bible. Much of the New Testament is about spreading the "good news." Because of this the cultures of the middle Americas was destroyed and countless lives were destroyed because of a difference of belief. As good as what much of what Christ had to say, the ideology that followed and was distorted by power hungry people who tried to conquer the world via religion.

Because they don't understand it. There have been believers doing it since Paul's time. They do not understand that grace is an undeserved gift. We will always struggle with our flesh, to death. We are saved by faith alone and not by works or behavior. God asked only for FAITH because to have it we have to be willing to let go of our faith in ourselves.

If you read James 2:14-17, it indicates there that faith without works is dead.

Thus, faith alone is not enough. Faith and action comes hand in hand.

Here are a few verses from Romans Chapter 10:

9 if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

13 For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

As Christians, we are simply sounding the alarm. We have been commanded to preach the Good News to all. Part of that message is to turn from sin.

Respectfully

It's because faith is only part of the equation, James said faith without works is dead. So there must be a balance of faith and doing what's right.

EZ there big feller. Christians aren't 'focusing' on your sins. We are asked to spread the Word, not manure. We are commanded to act better to set an example. If anyone here has offended you with an answer, please forgive that person. We love you and wish only the best for you.

When you point a finger, three fingers are pointing back at you(I could mean those who you are talking about or...you!!!!)

Besides, read James in the New Testament and you will see that faith is not enough!!!

Are you aware that the only time the expression "faith only" is used in scripture is:
James 2:24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
