Evil does exist but only to the people who's mind are filled with Negative thoughts, evil thoughts .It is just opposite of "Good Thoughts & deeds"
If your mind is always occupied by Positive thouhts & if u are very strong mentally the evil does not effect you.Supposing a person with bad thought comes to you to do harm( not physically but mentally) & at that time if your positive thoughts are stronger than his negative thoughts then u will not be affected by his negative thoughts. so, in a nut shell if u are positive person then there is no evil existing, it exists in the mind of evil( negative thoughts).

Evil exists, but not as a "force" or entity. It is merely a action or actions preformed by humans that is vastly out of what most moral systems would consider good.

As evil as the Holocaust was, it in *some* ways was no different than Israel wiping out the Canaanites or any other culture that wiped out another.

Evil is not a thing. You can't have a jar of evil.
Perhaps a further illustration will help. If I were to ask the average person "does cold exist?" - his/her answer would likely be yes. However, this is incorrect. Cold does not exist. Cold is the absence of heat. Similarly, darkness does not exist. Darkness is the absence of light. Similarly, evil is the absence of good, or better, evil is the absence of God. God did not have to create evil, but rather only allow for the absence of good.

You better believe Evil exists. Never in my life have I felt fear like I did when I was reading a book about spiritual battles and how to know when they happen and what to do about them. Fear just started welling up inside of me, so bad I could hardly move. I automatically started praying for the armor of God to protect me and it vanished. Wow!

I don't believe in pure evil, and I've never experienced it.

I prefer to try and understand things, rather than demonizing them. With understanding, action can be taken.

I have not. My fiancee has. Evil does exist and walks this world in forms you may recognize, or forms you simply cannot see.

Simply be firm against it. Evil has no power over you that you do not allow, by lack of faith in self or lack of faith in GOOD.

Peace.
