According to my pharmacist, Alli works well, but...the main trouble with any and all diet pills is that none of them teach you to eat properly so even if you lose weight while on the pills, the moment you stop you will end up gaining the weight back. If you are determined to lose weight, change your eating habits and walk once a day (or play the Wii like my husband lol)

two months are a very little time, minimum goal on weight lose is at least 6 mos. it takes 15 min of walking to burn of 1 piece of bread( roughly) give it time. All the pills work but all have side effects sometimes bad ones. Liposene put a friend in the hospitol for heart problems. Its better to just pay attention what kind of foods you are eating, colorful is good(i.e. fruits and vegggies). your results will come. keep on exercising, we walk 3 miles a day it takes about 40 minutes walking briskly, we are finally seeing the difference. FEELS GOOD, your will come

If you are trying to lose, 1700 calories per day is too much. Scale it down to 1200 and keep up with your physical activity.
The ONLY thing that works over the long haul is life style changes. Eat less. Make good food choices, and stay active.

At this point, the important question is are you losing inches? Are your clothes getting looser and your face appearing slimmer?
These are better indicators of weight loss at the beginning of a loss program. You're right, muscle does weigh more than fat, but I would have to say that an actual net increase in weight might point to a need to further change your diet.

you can use any caffine pill or water pill they both help boost ur metabolism and also make you lose that excess water that most women carry around there mid section, i use both when ever i cant lose that last 5-10 pds. and it works. Not to mention having a boost of energy while doing the last 30 min of cardio is always a good help.
