Tacos. They are SO easy and so delicious! But they are so good that i always eat way too many and end up in a Taco Coma on the couch.... I also love to make cakes, my forte is decorating them... i really wanted to be a cake decorater at one stage! Actually im making a cute Penguin cake for my cousins 11th birthday this month (she LOVES Penguins, she is obsessed) So wish me luck! :) x x x

I like getting together with friends in the kitchen...often..I'll have something like "Kabob" night...and everyone will dress their skewer the way THEY want it...and then we put them on the grill (On Fiesta night, everyone makes their own tacos, etc)...I LOVE doing things that get my guests involved in the process....that way, I'm not slaving away in the kitchen alone..and since everyone seems to end up in there with me anyway, no one is just "standing around" in my way....It's also away to get to know new friends (and a great ice breaker!)...and to have time to talk one on one...and to share cooking ideas or just to laugh and find out more about each other....dining should be an EVENT....

As far as regular cooking, I love making meatballs with a white sauce. I usually serve it over noodles. Another great idea if you have a crock pot is cheesy chicken. You put frozen chicken breasts in a crock pot and dump two cans of cream of chicken soup and one can of cheddar soup and let that baby do it's crock pot greatest at low all day. It's sooo good.

Well, since it's just around the corner, I'm going to say Thanksgiving dinner. Always for a big crowd... Turkey, home made cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potato's, gravy, candied sweet potato's with the little marsh-mellows on top, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and pecan pie.. etc. etc...
