They haven't in any of my shotguns so far, if that's what you're asking.
If you're asking how to check to see if there are pellets stuck, try running a cleaning rod down your barrel to see if there's any obstructions.
If you're asking how to get them out, I can give no definite answer. If it's a pellet gun, try lightly tapping them out from the muzzle end (with a brass cleaning rod, other metal may damage the barrel, other material, such as wood, may splinter and make it worse.). Otherwise, or if that doesn't work, take it to a gunsmith.
Never load more than one pellet. Never fire a pellet from a dirty barrel. Never fire any projectile that was not designed to be fired from your firearm.

its the rifeling in the barrel thats the problem. it stops you pushing the pellet one way or outher. if you can see the pellet, in other words if its just a few inches down the barrel. then take a length of metal coat hanger 'or similar' sharpen the end to a long fine point, heat it up untill its red hot and then push it in th the centre of the pellet. that should melt a whole through the middle of the pellet and make it easyer to push through. then put plenty of oil down both ends of the barrel and fire it a few times. i had to do it once with an old BSA. it worked for me. dont ...'what ever youdo' try to push it out with any thing metal unless its rounded at the end. you dont want to damage the rifeling.

Get a wooden rod or brass rod & put it in the end of the barrel until you come up against the pellets, tap the end of the rod with a hammer.*

Ask your mum or any female that knits, if you can borrow a knitting needle and push the pellets out with that.

You need a .17 caliber cleaning rod to simply punch them out. Do not try to shoot them out or you could ruin your gun.
