Orthodox Christians don't believe in Transubstatiation. We believe that the Bread and Wine used in the Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.

Ortho means "right" or "correct" (Like in orthopedics). Orthodoxy is "correct teaching".
Interesting that the "Orthodox" Church has 7 sacraments, prays to the saints, and believes in Transubstatiation like Catholics do, ain't it? I guess that makes Catholics more "right" than protestants.
