obviously you could make a lovely spaghetti bolognese.
All you need is
ground beef, enough for however many people
any type of onion, chopped
dried herbs of any italian origin. (e.gdried mixed herbs, oregano, sage thyme)
some vinegar of any sort
some wine or sweet red desert wine
chopped tomatoes, fresh or tinned
chilli flakes/powder if you want to make it spicy
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
pasta sauce (optional depending on how many tomatoes you have)
then you put some oil in a frying pan or wok.
Add the onion, garlic, chilli flakes and herbs on a low heat until the onions become soft.
Next add the beef and cook on high heat until all of the beef is browned.
Add the pasta sauce/tomatoes and cook for a further ten minutes (remember to cook the pasta as soon as you putin the sauce/tomatoes)

I hope this is simple. Good Luck!!!
Ground Beef Curly Noodle
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 (3 ounce) package Oriental flavored ramen noodles
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn
DIRECTIONS
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the ground beef, and cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Drain off grease.
Stir in the flavor packet from the noodles, tomatoes, and corn (with their juices). Break up the noodles slightly, and add them to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally to break up any clumps of noodles.

1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
½ - ¾ cup uncooked minute rice
1 – 46 oz bottle of Campbell Tomato Juice
1 tsp sugar
Beat egg slightly with water and 2 tbs soup mix. Mix lightly with beef and ¼ cup of rice. Shape into large meatballs (1 ½ to 2 inches). Roll in remaining rice, pressing it lightly into the meatball. Use more rice if needed.
Heat tomato juice to boiling. Stir in remaining onion soup mix and sugar. Place meatballs in sauce and cover. Simmer, stirring several times for 50 minutes.
Serving suggestions: Great with a vegetable or salad and rolls.

Moms Sweet & Sour Meatloaf
Sauce:
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix all sauce ingredients together in bowl, set aside.
Ingredients (Meatloaf):
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup or more if needed, quick oatmeal (not instant)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
In another bowl add ground beef, 1/2 chopped onion, egg, oatmeal, garlic salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Mix together well.
Place in pan, making space between meat and pan around edges with fingers. Flatten top, spread more sauce over top and cook 1 hour, at 350F. Drain off grease half way (30 min) and add more sauce. Reserve some sauce for adding when served. The oatmeal disappears, is healthy and you can't taste it. It just holds it together better. Add more if you need it.

Home made sloppy joes. Fry the meat with coarsly chopped onion until done. Drain. To the skillet add about 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tbs brown sugar (dark is best but any will do), a small squirt of yellow prepared mustard, (Worchestershire sauce to taste and/or tabasco sauce to taste). Let this simmer on low until it starts to thicken. Add back in the meat and simmer about 10 minutes. This is a sweet tasting sloppy joe. I grew up with this. I use it for something different. You can add chopped green pepper and a little celery. Adjust it to your taste. Serve on bread or buns with green beans on the side! Sweet pickles on the side is nice, you can add sliced cheese for a creamy touch. (Cheese of your choice.)

LOL the first thing that came to mind is SOS-----creamed beef on toast. You can simply brown the beef and add a can of cream of mush soup and a beef boullion cube and serve over a piece of toast, I also add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables that I cooked in the microwave. Even my kids like it but we only eat it about once a year when I am in a pinch.

chop some onions and fry them in olive oil, when they are golden brown add the beef. Add any seasoning you like. You can eat it like this with bread or potatoes, or for more taste add garlic, mushroom, fresh tomatoes, and bell pepper. Basically If you have any veggies like the ones mentioned above or even green beans, carrots, celery, broccoli, zucchini, etc. it'll taste good with it.
Or you can just buy a Hamburger helper package and add the meat to it.
