Do arm curls help with building muscle in the chest? At all? or none at all?

yes definately

most arm exercises will probably work on you chest, but arm curls require the chest muscles.

its a great example of a way to work on your chest.

you could also try chin ups if possible

Not really. They will help the muscles on the front of your shoulders however with will make your chest look more filled out.

Not really. Maybe if you are using free weights and are using your stabiliser muscles. Then maybe, a teenie bit. But generally, no.

yes it helps a lot after a good work out you should be able to feel the difference
