Work (energy) = Force * distance.

Force = 10 N
distance = 20 m

The dimension of Work is in Joules, which is the same as N*m, which is the same as Energy.

Power (Watts) = Energy / time (in seconds)

3000 = (20 * 10 * x) / second

Solve for x

.
