Everytime we talk the first thing he says is "Hows the divorce going, not gonna get back together?", and then he drops it... in person he'll do this thing with his eyes where he's looking at me in the face but he darts his eyes down to my chest & back up in my eyes, plus lots of "joking" sexual comments.... is he wanting me to persue him, whats the deal??
P.S. Thought i'd throw this in to....
We hug goodbye ( always have), his hugs are soooo much tighter now than before I got married; nothing like groping, but just a real loving feeling

Sounds like he's interested in you. At this point the ball is in your court. You know he's got a girlfriend, so you need to find out why he's after you. Is he unhappy? Is he just looking for some side sex? Does he really like you but he isn't sure how you feel? He might not want to risk his current relationship until he knows how you feel.
So, how do you feel? Are you into this guy? Do you want to pursue him? Are you willing to either be the other woman, or be the reason he breaks it off with her?

He has a girlfriend? If you get him, he will treat you the same.This guy is a rounder---he is trying to get sex from you and have a sexual realtionship with you on the side. Stop hugging him---you will be used--this is not a real love feeling---he just wants sex with you.
