The numbers are pertty much endless. I've linked to a Wikipedia entry about parodies of the ichthys fish, as well as a website that has a large number of them for sale.
I especially like the ones that say gefilte inside of them. :)

So far, I've seen at least 2 types, one type that is a evolved form of the early christian symbol and the other supporting evolution.

My favorite is the one that says, "N' chips" inside. lol
My least favorite is the one that has a large fish with "truth" written on it, swallowing the Darwin fish. It's like...come on...really?

i belive there are 3...
the first being of course the christian fish symbol,
the 2nd being the lame darwin one,
the 3rd which is too funny with the Christian fish eating the
darwin fish and labeled "survival of the fittest"....
