i am a big worry wart too, it sucks, cuaz it does prevent you from doing things in life. i have gotten better though- i guess the only way to look at is, you only live once and what a waste to miss out on everything be cause you are afraid. get out there! the more tyhat you think the more you worry surround youself with friends and things that make you happy, we all die-but do we all really live? whatr are you waiting for! and as for oral presentaions- how many of these people are you going to know in 10 yrs, who cares what they think, they are no better than you and are probably just as scared as you are. and also learn to laugh at yourself, i do stupid things everyday! everyone makes mistakes noone is perfect, learn to except that and accept yourself. you cant keep hiding because youre afraid your gonna mess up-if hat were the case i wouldnt get out of bed. i want you to do something today that you normally would be afraid to do , if something goes wrong-honey thats life,. think about how boring life would be if everything went the way we wanted it too. the bad are all lessons in life to be a better person or try aliitle harder next time. think about it without worry- there would not be contentment.you will be fine its scary-but with the right attitude you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worry about everything too and it seems like I have a plan for any given situation. but being afraid to get up in front of people sounds more like anxiety. You just need to be comfortable with yourself for starters. Getting infront of people is something you need to get over. Eventually its going to happen or you'll get put on the spot, and that is uncomfortable, but you need to be relaxed enough with yourself to just do it and be ok with it. Public speaking is nerve racking but also goes away the more you do it. The other things you worry about just say your prayers because God is there to take that off your shoulders. You'll be fine. Tomorrow is always a better day :)

What would worry you more?
Becoming more finacially stable by going back to school and getting the education that you need to get a job that pays you more.
or
Not going back to school and living on the income that you have right now.
I know that school can be scary, I am there right now. But I want a better future for myself and for my family and those to things give me the courage to press on. And I am amazed at how far I have come, which give me more courage
You can do it, if you want it.
