Yet another of your boring, repetitive questions which you constantly post under one of anything up to a dozen different names. Give us all a change and ask something different for once that is neither about you being such a wonderful gymnast, a fantastic guitarist, the girls in the gym, Persian women, Iraqi/Iranians in general.... the list goes on and on, just like your questions ^=^

i'd say it's a compliment. i'm extremely dedicated to working out at least 6 days a week and i see women who i commend for having great abs for example, or really great arms. i understand the hard work that goes into working out and achieving a great body so if i were to tell someone i'm trying to look like them, it's really a way of me saying that where they're at physically is my goal.

I'd take it as a compliment myself although it might be a bit odd to hear a man say that to you if you're another man.

If said with sincerity, then yes it is a compliment, as well as a conversation starter, and small talk.
**Hope that helps**

That's strange. i wouldn't be able to NOT be rude. I know that's wrong but I don't even care. Personal space is personal space, even in a gym.

Are you boasting or complaining? If anyone said that to me I'd think that they need to see some men in white coats and a discrete padded van

If you are in good shape it is a compliment, they are just being friendly.

All men who go to Gyms like to be complimented by their fellow man.... with comments like "Oooh What nice Pecs you have" and "aren't your Biceps well defined" and "Can I Bum you in the shower after whirling my towel round and whipping your ar$e in the changing rooms in a freindly manner".
"Lets have a Freindly wrestle"..........
In other words George Micheal Fans.
